GDPR information clause

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (general Regulation on Data Protection “GDPR”), we inform you about the rules for the processing of personal data and the rights related to it:

  2. A person whose personal data is processed by JM-TRONIK may ask questions regarding the processing of such data via the contact form available on the website jm-tronik.eu in the CONTACT section or in writing to the Company’s address.
  3. Providing any personal data is voluntary.
  4. JM-TRONIK will process personal data for statistical purposes. Personal data processed for this purpose will be stored for no longer than 24 months.
  5. JM-TRONIK will also process personal data in the scope of establishing commercial cooperation and performance of contracts. In this case, the period of their storage is the period necessary to perform contracts and the expiry (limitation period) of claims arising from such contracts.
